Verified Foundation Repair Leads $25 for your first one
Real homeowners submit quote requests on FoundationCosts.com every week. We email you when one's nearby. You decide if it's worth $25 to unlock the contact info and call them. Every lead capped at 3 contractors — first to call books the job.
Looking for foundation repair for your home? You're not the audience for this page — homeowners request free quotes here and never pay us anything.
Heads up — we're new. FoundationCosts.com opened in 2026 and is run by Jared Wright (sole proprietor, Home Base Insights LLC). That's exactly why every first-lead is 50% off ($25 vs $50 standard) and why we cap each lead at 3 contractors — we want every contractor who pays us to feel they got a deal worth telling their crew about.
What you get the moment you pay
Lead-purchase email lands in your inbox within 30 seconds. No app, no portal, no login.
Direct phone number
Not masked. Call within 5 minutes of receiving the email — that's when most homeowners answer and you can quote first.
Email address
For follow-up if they don't pick up. Most homeowners check email within an hour of submitting a quote request.
Full first and last name
For your CRM and call script — "Hi {first_name}" lands much warmer than "Hi there, I got your information from..."
Project description
In their own words — qualifies the scope before you call. Includes ZIP, timeline, and home size where the homeowner provided one.
Submission timestamp
Proves freshness. Most homeowners are still in active research mode for 24–72 hours after submitting; that's your window to be the first call.
Sold to max 3 contractors
Once 3 contractors have purchased, the lead is closed. You're competing with 2 other local pros, not 10 like other platforms.
How buying a lead actually works
A homeowner submits a quote request
They fill out the foundation repair quote form on FoundationCosts.com with their name, phone, email, ZIP, project type, timeline, and any project details. Junk submissions (fake names, dummy phones, gibberish emails) are filtered out before they reach you.
We email up to 15 contractors near them
The email goes from [email protected] with
the lead summary: ZIP, timeline, project type, and your distance from the homeowner.
The homeowner's full contact info is NOT in the email — that's what you pay to unlock.
You see the lead preview page
Click the link in the email and you land on a preview page showing: project type, masked homeowner name (e.g. "John S."), masked phone (last 4 digits), ZIP, timeline, distance, typical project value range for that niche, and how many of the 3 contractor spots are still open. Plus the price for this specific lead — for first-time buyers, that's $25.
Pay via Stripe — full contact info delivered in 30 seconds
Payment is processed and held by Stripe directly — not us. Charges appear as "HOME BASE INSIGHTS" on your statement. The full lead — name, phone, email, project description — lands in your inbox within 30 seconds of payment confirmation.
Call the homeowner — first to call typically books
Most homeowners are fielding multiple contractor calls and may take a day or two to respond. After 3 contractors have purchased the lead, it closes — you're racing 2 other locals, not 10. Try 3 times over 24-48 hours (voicemail + follow-up text + one more call). If you genuinely can't reach the homeowner, reply to your lead-delivery email and we'll comp you a free lead in the same area when the next one comes in.
Pricing
Per-lead, one-time. No subscription. No auto-renewal. No future charges unless you decide to buy another.
$50 normal price
Every contractor's first lead from us is 50% off. We want you to make money on your first lead and come back voluntarily — not because of any subscription or commitment.
One-time charge. The discount is automatic — no code, no opt-in.
Standard price after your first lead
Same lead format as your first one — full name, phone, email, project description, ZIP, timeline, sold to max 3 contractors. Same-day delivery within 30 seconds of payment.
Research-stage leads (homeowner marked themselves as "researching pricing") are automatically discounted 50% — they're earlier in the buying cycle, so we price accordingly.
Who runs FoundationCosts.com
Real person, real LLC, real reply path. If something goes wrong with a lead, you reach me directly.
Hi — I'm Jared Wright. I run FoundationCosts.com and 4 other home-services niche sites under Home Base Insights LLC. Solo operator. The leads come from real homeowners filling out quote forms on my sites; I aggregate them and route them to nearby contractors who pay to unlock the full contact info.
If a lead is fake, dead, or unreachable — reply to your lead-delivery email and I'll comp you a free lead in the same area when the next one comes in. Stripe handles all the payment processing — if you ever feel a charge was wrong, you can dispute it directly through your card issuer.
What I won't do: sell your business name as a Google Ads keyword, share your email or phone with third parties, charge you a subscription, or auto-renew anything. Each lead purchase is a separate decision and a separate transaction.
Where the platform stands today
Honest numbers. We'll update this as the platform grows.
Quote forms went live across 5 niche sites in early 2026.
Well drilling lead in Austin TX, sold to 3 local contractors. Yours could be next.
Architectural limit. Once 3 have purchased, the lead is closed.
From Stripe payment confirmation to full lead in your inbox.
Each lead purchase is one-time. No recurring charges, ever.
Fake / unreachable / clearly junk → refund. Reply to your delivery email.

Why claim your listing?
Get found online
Your profile ranks in Google for "foundation repair contractor" + your city. Homeowners researching services in your area find you here.
Verified business badge
Claimed listings get a "Verified Business" badge that builds trust with homeowners. Stand out from competitors who haven't verified their information.
Control your profile
Update your business description, services, hours, service area, and contact information. Make your listing accurate and compelling.
Priority on lead offers
When a homeowner submits a quote request, verified contractors get the offer first. Each lead is capped at 3 buyers — most sell out before unclaimed contractors are even contacted.
No cost to claim
There's no charge to claim and update your listing. We make money from homeowner leads, not from listing contractors.
Takes 5 minutes
Verify your business with a quick phone call, then update your profile details. Most contractors are done in under 5 minutes.
How to claim your listing
Find your business
Search for your company name on our claim page. If you're already in our directory, you'll see your listing. If not, you can add your business first.
Verify ownership
We'll send a verification code to the phone number on file for your business. Enter the code to prove you own the listing. Takes 30 seconds.
Update your profile
Add your business description, services, hours, service area, certifications, and warranty information. Your "Verified Business" badge appears immediately.
Receive lead offers
Verified contractors receive lead-purchase emails first when homeowners submit nearby quote requests. Decide whether to pay $25 (or $50 after your first one) to unlock each lead's contact info.
No credit card required.
Frequently asked questions
Will my card be auto-charged for future leads?
No. Each lead purchase is a one-time charge. There's no subscription, no auto-renewal, no future automatic charges. The next lead in your area is a separate decision and a separate transaction.
What if the lead is fake or junk?
Our junk-submission filter blocks fake names ("aaaa"), dummy phones (like "5555555555"), and gibberish emails before the lead is even sent. If something obviously fake slips through, reply to your lead-delivery email and Jared will refund you (typically next business day).
What if I can't reach the homeowner?
Most homeowners answer within 24 hours. If you can't reach them after 3 attempts over 48 hours, reply to your lead-delivery email. Refund issued case-by-case if the lead turns out to be unreachable or otherwise non-bookable.
Are leads exclusive to me?
No. Each lead is shared with up to 3 foundation repair contractors near the homeowner. Once 3 contractors have purchased, the lead closes. The homeowner is expecting calls from multiple contractors and will compare quotes — first to call typically books the job.
Why is my first lead 50% off?
Honest answer: we're new. FoundationCosts.com opened in 2026 and we'd rather you make money on your first lead than worry about whether $50 is too expensive for an unproven source. The discount is automatic — no code, no opt-in. Once you've purchased one lead, future leads are at standard pricing.
Does it cost anything to just claim a listing?
No. Claiming your free listing in our directory is separate from buying leads — you can claim without ever paying for a lead. Verified businesses get priority on lead offers and rank higher in our state pages.
My business is already in your directory. How?
We build our directory from public sources — Google Business Profiles, BBB listings, state licensing boards, and industry databases. If you're a licensed foundation repair contractor, there's a good chance you're already here. Claiming lets you take control of the listing.
How can I remove my business from your directory?
Reply to any of our emails or contact us directly. We'll remove your listing within 24 hours. But most contractors prefer to claim it and make it accurate — a well-maintained profile helps homeowners find you.
